Made-to-order and personalized products

We prepare a proof of your design and will not begin printing until you approve it.

Cancellations and changes

You may request a cancellation or change before approving your proof by contacting reysfashion23@gmail.com. Once you approve the proof, production may begin. After printing has started, we cannot accept cancellations, changes, or refunds for a change of mind.

Damaged, defective, or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us at reysfashion23@gmail.com as soon as possible if it is damaged, defective, or not what you ordered. Include your order number and photos so we can review the issue and explain the available remedy. This policy does not limit rights or remedies that cannot legally be excluded.

Returns

Because products are made to order or personalized, we do not accept returns for change of mind after production has begun, except where applicable law requires otherwise. Please contact us before sending anything back. If a return is approved, send it to: Rey's Fashion, 1409 Montauk Hwy, E Patchogue, New York 11772, United States. Customers are responsible for return shipping unless applicable law requires otherwise.

Refunds

Where a refund is approved or required by law, it will be issued to the original payment method. Processing times may depend on your payment provider.
