Order preparation and shipping

Our apparel is made to order and may be personalized. We prepare a proof of your design and begin printing only after you approve it. Production time is additional to the carrier transit estimate. We do not promise a fixed production or delivery date; please use the current estimate shown at checkout and allow for carrier, customs, weather, and other delays.

Shipping options and costs

Available services, shipping charges, and estimated transit times are calculated at checkout using the delivery address, package details, and available carrier services. For Guatemala, the available options may include USPS and DHL Express. Rates and delivery estimates can change and are confirmed at checkout. Tracking is provided when available from the selected carrier.

Shipping origin

At this time, Guatemala orders are fulfilled from our United States location. Local fulfillment from Guatemala is not currently available.

Customs, duties, and import taxes

Orders shipped to Guatemala may be subject to import duties, taxes, customs fees, or other charges assessed by the destination authorities or carrier. These charges are not included in the product price or shipping charge unless expressly shown at checkout. The customer is responsible for charges assessed on delivery. Customs processing may also affect delivery timing.
